Nicolas Scherf is a portfolio manager on the global property equities team at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining in 2014. Previously, he was vice president with Cohen & Steers, where he spent almost seven years analysing listed property markets as well as managing equity portfolios. Initially based in Brussels, he moved to London in 2010.
