Katharina Raatz is the co-manager of the Berenberg European Small Cap and Berenberg European Micro Cap funds, which she launched in October 2017 with Peter Kraus. She has also managed the Berenberg International Micro Cap fund since November 2021. Raatz began her investment career as a portfolio manager at DWS in 2013. She has master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Mannheim.
