James Stoeffel is a portfolio manager and principal at Royce Investment Partners. He has 29 years’ investment industry experience and before joining Royce he co-founded and managed a hedge fund for Rebus Partners. He previously worked at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn (2001-2008), Palisade Capital (1999-2001) and Salomon Smith Barney (1993-1999). He began his career as a financial services industry auditor (1984-1992). He holds a degree from Washington & Lee University and a master’s from New York University.
