Georges Lequime is currently an analyst and adviser for the Earth Gold Fund UI and the Earth Exploration Fund UI funds on behalf of Universal Investment Gesellschaft. He also worked for Old Mutual Asset Management on its gold fund, which he managed for four years. He then went on to work at HSBC in New York as a resource equity analyst and also headed up the HSBC Global Mining fund in 2002. He then joined RBC Capital Market’s equity research team in London. He holds a degree in mining and worked for four years for Anglo American in the South African gold and coal mining industry.
