Geoffrey Dybas heads the Duff & Phelps global real estate securities team and serves as a senior portfolio manager for all strategies managed by the team. He is a co-founder of all Reit strategies managed by Duff & Phelps and is a member of the executive committee and chairs the responsible investment committee. He joined Duff & Phelps in 1995.
